elegant lobby, convenient access to Haram, spacious common areas
Cleaning service needs to drastically improve!!! No one likes living in dusty rooms for days on end. The payment process was utterly confusing, leading to frustration at check-out!!!

The hotel had a great prayer area with huge windows overlooking the Haram, making every prayer feel special. The fitness center was a nice surprise, and we loved that there was a shopping mall right next door. Access to the lifts was quick and hassle-free, with no long waits. The room itself felt modern and well-kept!

The stay included a fantastic buffet breakfast with varied options and attentive staff, including Mustafa, who was always smiling. The location provided easy access to essential shopping in Souk Khalil. However, the bathroom shower lacked a screen, leading to flooded floors, and I experienced allergic reactions due to the down feather pillows, as only those were available.

My family and I had a great time during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Haram, making it easy for us to visit for prayers. We were thrilled with the spacious common areas and elegant lobby, which made our experience quite pleasant. The housekeeping staff was attentive, and our room was ready before the typical check-in time, which was a nice surprise.

I particularly enjoyed the elegant lobby and spacious common areas, which were easily accessible for seniors like myself. The hotel’s proximity to the Haram made our daily visits very convenient and stress-free.
More seating areas for relaxation would be beneficial.

I really loved how close the Hilton was to the Haram. Just a short walk and you're there, which made it super convenient for prayers. The breakfast blew me away—so much variety and the quality was top notch. Staff in the restaurant were friendly, especially Mohammed Hussain. He was always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered an excellent view. I appreciated the ease of having the prayer call broadcasted in the room. It really added to the experience. However, I ran into a few issues. The check-in process took longer than expected, and not everyone at the reception was warm or welcoming. Plus, I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times, which disrupted my peace during quiet moments. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, but I did hear complaints from others about room availability not matching reservations, which shouldn't happen, especially at a hotel of this caliber. Despite a few hiccups, I would definitely consider staying here again for the terrific location and great breakfast, hoping for smoother check-in next time.

Location could not be better, with easy access to the Haram just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a great variety. However, the cleanliness could use improvement, and I encountered some service issues that affected my stay. Still, a decent choice overall.
